In partnership with Xpress Bill Pay, the leading provider of online and electronic payment systems, we bring you a simple and efficient way to manage your water bills at no extra cost.

All you need is an internet connection, your account number, and an email address. Once you sign up, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it! Each month, we'll send you a reminder email when your bill is ready. Simply log in to your account at xpressbillpay.com or use our mobile app to view and pay your bill. You can even access two years of account history to compare your current bill with previous ones.

Choose your preferred payment method—credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer—and you're done! It only takes a few minutes each month. For added convenience, you can set up Auto Pay to have your bill automatically paid each month i=either in full or a set amount.

Plus, if you sign up and select paperless billing, you'll receive a free bill (base rate) after one year of usage!

NOTE: Your account number is on your bill, if it is not six digits you will need to add leading “0”s to make sure you have six digits.
